I take seriously the trust you have placed in Kita Applications to handle this process on your behalf. I understand that the service requires that you share intimate details about your family. The information you provide is absolutely only used for submitting kita applications. Your data is never sold or traded. Please feel free to reach out by email with any questions or concerns.

In the interest of transparency, here is our process.

1) You email or contact Kita Applications via the website form (if so, your email and name are stored in the Wix dashboard).
2) We respond by email and request that you complete a Google form.

3) This information lands on a spreadsheet in Google Sheets which we use to create an application template for your child using Microsoft Word, Canva, and Adobe.

4) We email kitas via a Gmail email or mail merge add-on (YAMM) and submit applications through forms on kita websites. We use Google Docs to share the application package with some kitas. Sometimes kitas request that we create PDFs using their own documents.

This privacy policy will explain how Kita Applications uses the personal data we collect when you use our website.

What data do we collect?

Kita Applications collects the following data:

Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

You directly provide Kita Applications with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Use the contact form on our website.
Voluntarily complete the questionnaire on our Next Steps page, respond to a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Submit forms on kita websites.

Kita Applications never sells your data.

How do we store your data?

Kita Applications stores your data in Google Drive associated with amy@kitaapplications.com and/or on a password protected computer (i.e. PDFs, Kita-Gutschein, etc).

Kita Applications will keep your form submission and generated documents for up to one year. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleted it from our computer and/or Google Drive.

Marketing

Kita Applications would like to send you information about services of ours that we think you might like. For example, see our add-on services.

You have the right at any time to stop Kita Applications from contacting you for marketing purposes.
